Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Via the Paypal gateway we accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. The same address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card and funds have been properly received.
All images, descriptions & specifications on our site are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst we make every reasonable attempt to ensure their accuracy we cannot be guarantee their accuracy.
Typographical Errors, In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit/debit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added at the checkout. All orders above £100 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK. orders outside mainland UK will be chargeable at our standard rates. We aim to complete all orders within 4 to 7 working days, If artwork/proofs are required 4 to 7 working days is from acceptance of the final proof.
From the time of despatch of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit.
Incorrect, damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving them.
Cancellation is only possible before manufacture of your order has started. We cannot accept the return of any bespoke products.
If for any reason we cannot manufacture your order within our normal delivery period. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
